DORFIA / BUYER GUIDE

Make your sample request count.

Prepare a sample enquiry that connects product evaluation with your intended commercial purchase.

01

1 / Explain the product and purpose

State whether you need coffee, tea or cocoa, the required product form and your intended application. Mention any preferred origin, grade or target characteristics.

02

2 / Include the commercial context

Give an indicative purchase quantity, destination and buying timetable. This helps the trading team review whether a sample discussion connects with a suitable commercial offer.

03

3 / Agree the arrangements

Ask about sample availability, size, preparation, charges and courier arrangements. Do not assume that samples are free or ready for immediate dispatch.

04

4 / Keep the reference with your feedback

Record the sample reference and explain how you evaluated it. Share quality feedback and any changes to the brief before discussing the next commercial step.
