Review supplier information, sample records, quality information, traceability and available volume against the brief.
03 / Control trade
Agree price basis, contract terms and delivery responsibilities. Commercial review includes the payment and credit position before commitments are made.
04 / Release shipment
Dispatch follows quality approval and clearance of required export documentation. Logistics partners and buyer communication support the agreed delivery plan.
