Quality starts with the buyer-agreed commodity specification, grade, quantity and packaging. State any required physical, sensory or analytical criteria in the brief.
Review supporting information
Sample records, supplier quality information and traceability evidence are reviewed for the proposed product. Independent testing can be discussed when required; it is not included by default.
Approval before dispatch
Our commercial approach requires quality approval and clearance of the required export documents before shipment release. Keep approval decisions tied to a lot and sample reference.
